I believe that if you consistently make an effort in a positive direction good things and good choices will compound over time.

I believe that the best achievements are gained through trial and error and that the marketplace and consumer are the ultimate boss. 

I believe that the customer deserves our best efforts and our best selves. The most beneficial improvements come by looking in the mirror and going face to face with the person staring back at you. They do not come by focusing on the perceived external competition.  

Not only does the customer deserve our best self but so does our family, our community, our suppliers, and all of our stakeholders. 

I believe that the journey is more rewarding than the prize and that effort should not be sacrificed in pursuit of your goals and dreams. My Grandfather said that you are always presented with 2 choices - the easy way and the one where you must kiss the tiger. Kissing the tiger is the correct choice.
